Make the current task, terminal activity, and points needing attention easier to follow.
An independent project by Efe Umut
Biri is exploring a calmer way to supervise AI-assisted development across local machines and remote terminals—so people can follow what is happening and stay in control.

01 / The direction
As coding agents move through tasks, developers need a clear view of progress, access to the environment, and a meaningful moment to step in. Biri is an early exploration of that control layer.
Make the current task, terminal activity, and points needing attention easier to follow.
Design around review and deliberate handoffs, with the person operating the machine in charge.
Explore how a developer can stay connected to their own machines and workflows while away from the desk.
These are product principles under exploration, not a list of available Biri features.
02 / Starting points
Before Biri has a product, its direction comes from hands-on work with connected devices, desktop tools, and automation.
A phone-to-Windows toolkit for remote access to notifications, clipboard, files, shortcuts, and device status. This project informs Biri’s interest in staying connected to work running on another machine.
A Windows application that detects Spotify links copied to the clipboard and guides users through playlist selection and their save workflow. It includes download history and a multilingual interface.
A Discord bot that posts notifications about available Quests and their requirements to a server channel.
03 / The builder
I’m Efe Umut, an independent student developer. My projects have led me from Discord automation to Windows applications and remote-device tooling.
Biri is the next question I want to explore: how can AI-assisted work stay understandable and manageable when the code and tools are running somewhere else?
